Servicing Western New York and Northwest Pennsylvania's insurance claim needs for more than 40 years, this team of licensed, dedicated professionals represent several major carriers across all types with the highest standards of ethics and customer service.
President and CEO
Chris Weber is the President and CEO of Frontier Claim Services, a position he assumed in 2004 after serving many years as the Vice President of Property. Chris first joined Frontier in 1990 as an office manager after attending Niagara University. He subsequently became involved in the Western New York construction industry under the employment of Higgins-Kieffer, Inc., a local commercial and residential building company. His direct involvement and familiarity with the construction process prepared him well to transition into insurance and adjustment services. On an individual basis, Chris has overseen loss adjustments with exposures totaling more than $4 million. Chris has served as president of the New York Association of Independent Adjusters, Inc. (NYAIAI). He is a member of the National Association of Independent Adjusters (NAIIA), the Insurance Club of Buffalo, the Buffalo Claims Association, the Independent Insurance Agents of Western New York (IIAAWNY), and Western the New York Insurance Agents (WNYIA). Chris has also been named as employer of the year by the Insurance Women of Buffalo, Inc.
Neal Goldwater joined Frontier Claim Services in 2018 with more than 25 years of professional experience. He currently serves as the Claims Adjuster. Prior to joining the team at Frontier, Neal served as an Insurance Fraud and Personal and Commercial Liability Investigator for Hub Enterprises Inc. In addition to his professional experience, Neal has holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The State University of Buffalo and a New York State General Adjuster’s License. He is an active member of the Buffalo Claims Association.
Claim Services Supervisor
Kim Sexton joined Frontier Claim Services in 2012 and currently serves as a Claim Services Supervisor, where she is responsible for managing the organization’s day-to-day operations, including the oversight of adjuster diaries, billing, reporting, and customer service. Prior to joining the Frontier team, Kim was a member of the commercial auto group for LoVullo Associates, where she handled policy endorsements, ratings, truck filings, and certificates; before moving into claims. Kim is a licensed General Adjuster and has several years of experience in desk adjustments.
