We do offer complete adjustment services involving all lines in the eight counties of Western New York and are, under the terms and conditions of a General license, duly licensed to represent all segments of the industry as prescribed by the New York State Insurance Department. As of this submission, our basic hourly rate is $63.00 per hour, mileage charged at 59 cents per mile, telephone calls at 35 cents (local calls), digital photos at $1.00 each, cost of fire reports, hospital records at cost.
