Christopher A. Weber

Chris attended Niagara University subsequently becoming involved in the construction business being employed by Higgins and Kieffer Inc., commercial and residential builders. His direct involvement with the entire construction process particularly suits his involvement as a property adjuster.

Chris joined Frontier Claim Services in 1990, becoming vice-president in charge of property in 1998. When the office was moved to its current southtown’s location, he assumed the responsibilities of office manager. In 2004 he was promoted to President of Frontier Claim Services Inc.

Chris is president of the New York Association of Independent Adjusters Inc. (NYAIAI), member of the National Association of Independent Adjusters (NAIIA), Insurance Club of Buffalo, Buffalo Claims Association, Loss Executives Association (LEA), Independent Insurance Agents of Western New York (IIAAWNY) and Western New York Insurance Agents (WNYIA). He was awarded the 2008 employer of the year by the Insurance Women of Buffalo Inc. Chris has handled, on an individual basis, loss adjustments with exposures of over $4,000,000.00.

Gerald Litwiller

Gerald attended Canisius College and began his insurance career at the Lancaster Insurance Agency in 1976 and joined Exchange Insurance Company in 1989 as a property claims adjuster. Exchange Insurance Company was acquired by Selective Insurance Company of America and he later assumed the responsibilities of Property Claims Supervisor for New York State. In1995 Selective Insurance Company of America transformed its business model to a multi-line field operation and he became a multi-line “Claims Management Specialist”. As a multi-line adjuster Gerald acquired extensive experience in all facets of both personal and commercial auto, property and liability claims handling including specialized training for municipal claims.

Gerald attended the Crawford and Company Liability Claims training and later successfully obtained his A.I.C designation. He routinely attended numerous in-house claim seminars and related professional organizational meetings in conjunction with his involvement in the areas of property and liability claim adjustments.

Gerald joined Frontier Claim Services Inc in September of 2009. He is a member of Buffalo Claims Association and Western New York Insurance Agents.

Dennis J. Conklin

Attended the University of Buffalo majoring in Business Administration. Joined General Accident Insurance Company in March of 1967 as an adjuster/trainee leaving that company in December 1977 in the capacity of Claims Supervisor. He then assumed the responsibilities of Claim Manager for Continental Insurance Company in their Rochester, New York office. In December of 1985 he joined Merchants Mutual Insurance Company of Buffalo, New York assuming the position of Assistant Claim Manager and Litigation Supervisor. Most recently, Mr. Conklin has been employed by the Maryland Casualty Company of Buffalo, New York serving with that organization as Litigation Supervisor. Mr. Conklin has attended numerous in-house claim seminars and related Professional organizational meetings in conjunction with his involvement in the area of Casualty and Liability claim adjustments. Mr. Conklin is responsible for supervision of all such liability/casualty claims in his present employ.

Graduated 1957 Canisius College – B.S. in Economics, joined Albert F. Stager, Inc. as a trainee adjuster in March of 1958 after serving on active duty in the United States Army. He came under the training of Mr. James R. Russ, presently Regional Manager for the New England Group in Rocky River Ohio. Under Mr. Russ’ training, he was subject to the handling and reporting of first party losses, primarily in the Fire and Inland Marine fields. In September of 1959, he left Albert F. Stager to join the founding of a new firm, Allied Claim Services, Inc. In June of 1966, he became Vice President in charge of property for the firm and at that time was responsible for all losses in those particular areas of coverage which were handled by office in Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Dunkirk and Rochester, New York. On March 1, 1976, he resigned to form Frontier Claim Services, Inc. He is licensed in Fire, Inland Marine, Auto and Casualty and has been exposed to most coverage’s in those particular areas, including business interruption, reporting forms, burglary and theft, etc.
