A Message from Christopher Weber Concerning COVID-19

Currently, Frontier Claim Services remains open and in full operation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The health and well-being of our team, families, and your insureds comes first. As such, we will remain open for new assignments but will continue to monitor CDC recommendations and developments daily.

We are taking the following precautions:

Staff - we are having our staff work from home where possible.

Field Inspections - upon contacting insured, we are asking if they are comfortable with an adjuster coming to their residence. We will also ask the insured if they, or anyone, that lives or has visited your home or business been exposed to anyone that has tested positive for Coronavirus or have traveled to restricted countries? If damage is strictly exterior, we are getting details and location of claimed damage over phone and tell insured we will inspect, they needn't come outside.

Alternative adjustment - Primarily for interior damages, should an insured advise they either do not feel well, are uncomfortable with our visit, or answer yes to the above questions, we will ask that they provide us details of loss with photos and dimensions of involved area and will attempt to provide the carrier examiner recommendations to settle.

The goal of our interaction with your insured is to convey empathy and understanding as well as reinforce our desire to service their needs, all the while maintaining a safe environment for your insureds and our staff.
